Clarity Interactive and Metrix
Overview
Metrix represents a new level of productivity in Planning and Imposition software by reducing the time required to layout a print project – and by applying rich data through an intelligent layout engine which manages complex requirements without requiring the user to have the years of experience and training that other products require.
Developed by Lithotechnics Pty Ltd. of Australia, the Metrix platform provides a fully integrated planning and imposition workflow, with the goal of eliminating redundant steps. Metrix provides for the primary planning planning and layout functions – while encompassing upstream functions such as pre-planning by the estimators; and downstream functions such as Cutting, Folding, and Binding setup via its JDF functionality.
As print providers continue to introduce Lean Manufacturing techniques to their operations, Metrix provides an easy to learn and implement platform that allows you to maximize the utilization of your staff, and the tools to drive cost reductions in the Manufacturing process.

As a licensed reseller of Metrix, Clarity Interactive LLC works directly with your staff to train and implement Metrix, and acts as the first tier support provider on the product. We also work closely with Lithotechnics as a reseller partner to provide input for our clients into future development revisions, and to resolve any issues that require development resource to resolve.
Clarity Interactive LLC also works with you to develop and execute an implementation project plan, insuring that you achieve maximum success with the product while minimizing disruption for your staff. Our project plans and training structures are developed based on your unique requirements and personnel – and to guide you to optimum usage of Metrix in your operation.
To accomplish these goals we use a combination of on-site training, on-line review and meeting tools, training videos, and the quality documentation that Metrix includes. We apply these tools to each client and staff member to ensure they are successful with the product, as and when they need help with regard to specific features or jobs that they may encounter.
Support
Clarity Interactive LLC provides remote support from 8 AM to 7 PM eastern during the initial 90 day warranty period, and will continue such coverage on an ongoing basis if the purchase elects to continue with the ongoing Maintenance Agreement after the conclusion of the warranty period.
Our expectation of response time to a client is two hours for initial response. While final resolution may require additional time, we make all best efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If an issue remains open after 24 hours, we will provide an e-mail update each 24 hours with current status and steps undertaken in the preceding period to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of our clients, including working with the staff of Lithotechnics on issues that may require development resources or diagnostics.
